My chaotic schedule for this month doesn't allow me time to prepare long and complicated recipes but I had an unexpected day-off today and I miss my kitchen these days so the victim today was... *rolls drums*...
Crème Brûlée
This is the light version without the topping caramel ^^
But of course I had to try the sugar-topped one... :P
I didn't have a blowlamp so had to use traditional methods (i.e heating a metal plate or something)
It's much more creamy than a pudding and extremely easy to do ^^
To finish... this is why Chinese people need to improve their English -_-'
