So I signed up for this One less Car Challenge thing with the City of Seattle when I sold my car. This included $100 free flexcar usage for 6 months (flexcar is like you 'rent' a car by the hour and they are all over the city-seems like a good idea but I think it is insanely expensive, but it is free so whatever). Well it took over 2 months for me to get signed up as the people at flexcar either wouldn't respond to me, wouldn't answer their phone, and when they would call back while I was at work would leave very very rude snippy responses. Finally I got so fed up with them that I wrote them an email saying how awful their customer service is and even though this would be free for me I do not want to give them one penny of my money (it is $35 to sign up). They wrote back all here is a code to sign up for free so I said okay...So signed up. Then we went on vacation and were gone till late in May. And I had $100 to use up or loose it. So Raymond and I used it the last weekend of the month to run errand and such. Then this morning I get up to find that the $100 was taken out of my checking account. What? There is supposed to be a credit. So I write them and get this response that says yes there is a $100 credit on your account every month, but everything OVER that was charged to you. And the lady was so bitchy about I am just livid thinking about it. WTF. Did she even look at my account? No apparently not. I fuckin hate flexcar and as soon as my time is up I will definitely be canceling my membership as this is ridiculous. Everyone there seems to not know anything about customer service and are just rude and just plain mean. I mean I needed a lock box code to get the first car and the website wouldn't give it to me. So I called and the lady was awful! Like I was inconveniencing her sooo much by asking a question so I could get in my car. If you have flexcar in your city hopefully it is better, but I would not recommend trying them out at all! They are one of the worst companies I have ever had to deal with. Normally if you are all dissatisfied they try and make you happy. Not flexcar. Let's just keep pissing off our customers so they leave. I seriously do not know how they are still in business. Seriously. Or maybe I am just special....GRRRRRRR!!!!!!!
