I got sick last week with some sort of campus virus. Saw a doctor today who noted my fever. Also good to have a primary care doc. So that's done. Yay!
Had an LMP look at my various guitar string muscles and she said "oh dear." We did what we could for now, but more stretching and the useful thing what is the foam roller will be incorporated into the daily routine.
Barbecue last Saturday at Jeff's place. Good fun! Played Ladies and Gentlemen, which is quite a silly game. I am amused by its asymmetry and, er, Frenchness. Speaking of which, there's a new Pokemon type for Pokemon X/Y. It's "Fairy". Fairy-types pop up in a place that is obviously France cartographically. Le pika!
I've been working on a tarot card-based system (Persona!) that will work for a few-shot. It needs some playtesting. Perhaps at this weekend's Solstice gathering? I have so missed running games.
Tonight is Olya's birthday dinner at Cafe Juanita. We were just there a week and a half ago, and it's high end food, but it was tasty and John really loves it there. I did manage to lose half the weight I gained getting here, so I just need to keep things in moderation generally.
