Holy shit. MOMO IS GONNA BE OUR FOURTH ANIME NORTH ROOMMATE. Dear Morgan Freeman (omg, IT'S A PUN *just noticed), this is going to result in some serious Torontonian epicness. I expect there will be many, many ducks.

And Grace made like one of the most epic LJ posts ever. It's the age old erotic falconry with a Pokémeme. I kinda shat bricks. (Though damnit - if I hadn't met her at a con she'd have put me as something a little less predictable.)

We need moar people doing this thing, srsly.

My break was all right. The week we had off school the other week was called a study break. I didn't even look at my school work, never mind study any of it.

Hm, what did we do? Aside from staying up until 3am each night with writing, not much. Lots of sleeping.

On Saturday there was video games at Sam's while I was at Becky's Sweet Sixteen. Sam invited Eric, Geordie and me over another day to mainly play Devil May Cry (since the other guys complained since they're not gamers), and XD now I understand why Swieca would go gay for Dante and obsessed so much over animé!Tom's cosplay. Dante is kind of really awesome. A lot. Then Geordie played some James Bond and we got to see (but not touch) one of the still-young kitties. We went out for supper at the giant orange, where cars were already parked outside (:D a sure sign winter is ending!) then went out for pie. I had blueberry crumble instead of the usual apple and it was awesome because pie is great. Then Sam didn't believe us about the Red Bull sign and I was the one who looked crazy. :/

On Thursday the cast of Rhinocerus did a run-through of the play at Meagan's appartment right across from school, whiich was pretty neat. She has a nice, specious place with three roommates, and we just all fit in her living room.Afterwards, I headed to the Square because I'd been craving Subway's cream of brocoli soup since Geordie's birthday/that time I went to Subway with Kallos. Naturally, they didn't have it, and I wanted nothing else. Figures; I think I'm only allowed to eat there with Kallos, Mike and Tom.

I had a feeling I'd see someone I knew while downtown, and while on the phone with Sam I ran into Paige (the Taryn's sister one) with her mom, lulz. That night Sam, Geordie, me and Eric went to Soup and Noodles before heading to the comedy club, and XD it was so awesome. I really, really liked that Kristoph guy who's name I can't remember for the life of me. The letters to Cialis and Obama were great. Was like getting a blowjob from an octopus, and I'd stick a new thing up there each day. 8D

This past week in our return to school I had two day camp interviews for the summer. Had a test in Cinema which I was supposed to read stuff for but didn't, so I just sorta fudged that. I went to the mall pretty much every day for lunch, ew. Needs moar leftovers. :S

I had totally forgotten about my 15-page incest essay due Friday and pretty much wrote the entire thing in two days. I did nothing the weeks prior aside from grabbing a few books and trying multiple times, all in vain, to contact Peggy, my high school teacher who would have been a huge help in helping me analyze Sophocles' Oedipus and NP by Banana Yoshimoto. Skipped some class Wednesday to try to work on it (and failed, though I'm glad I still went to Theatre for a bit to run through the short play Overtones, which was fun, and yay Mel finally has a big part - one I wanted, too!), and spent maybe an hour in the school library looking up King Arthur stuff, but I didn't even end up using that text anyway (thank goodness the other two were so full of stuff). Actually caught Malaea, the cute little Asian who's always late to class, and we talked for about half an hour on King Arthur and NP, which was awesome and helpful. Nearly all the writing was done Wednesday/Thursday, though luckily I didn't have school Thursday, so that helped. Was up until 4am, but it was finished.

I was a little late Friday since I was fixing up my essay, and the printer had decided to start running out of ink, so I had to reprint half the damned thing before the class I had to hand it in for. I skipped English for the second time that week since I hadn't done the homework and needed a break, so I did lunch at Eatons with Tom and Catherine (I may need to pull a Jana and get a squirtbottle XD).

Karate was all right, though I accidentally kicked Mary-Eve in the stomach while we were using the chest guards a few too many times (why don't those things protect you better there? ._.). Stayed a little afterwards to practice on the mats on the wall, and daaaaaamn did it feel good hearing the echoing smacks in the dojo. Sensei Lew even complimented my power, and I got some impressed "oohs" as another class was walking in. ^^

Chilled with Mary-Eve and Tristan (they were doing a bakesale for their program) for a little before meeting up with Sam and Amber to get on the bus for sugaring off! Amber and I VERY luckily grabbed the last two slots on the sign-up that morning. XD The three of us grabbed the last row on the bus, with Scourge and Wes and Margo and Sam's friend in the row in front of us and Josh, PM, his girlfriend, Flint and British!Carl (president of the student union going on his first true Quebecois excursion) a bit ahead of us. The bus ride was fucking awesome, with plenty of insanity and laughing and awesome. There was much Clubspace gossip (XD gawds I miss gossiping), and Scourge gave us something of a tour since we were in the south "country" where he lives. Josh led the bus in Bohemian Rhapsody, and it was all very win. The goal was to convince Carl that you can put maple syrup on EVERYTHING (yes, even the soup!). :D

We had dinner, which was all right (there was much pork which I couldn't eat, and french fries that tasted like pork), though our table was unloved (EVEN THOUGH WE HAD CARL) and the boys at the end ate everything. Sam, Amber, the friend and I went exploring outside a bit, and XDDD Amber was like a little puppy running around excitedly. She also started a trend with the little petting zoo (seriosuly, the croud only appeared after we got there XD) and we saw BJORN'S LOG CABIN while waiting for the aliens and lumberjacks to come out at dark. Old people were linedancing in the room with the stuffed moose heads and disco balls. The sugaring off took place in this tiny little raperoom in the basement of the lodgeplace - for those of you who don't know, that's where you pour maple syrup in snow and wrap it on a popsicle stick once it's hardened - and hot damn, pure maple syrup is disgusting sweet and sticky, and it obsessed with Amber like a rabid fangirl. Seriously, it was latching onto her hand, rubbing her chin, playing with her hair and everything! Scourge went home instead of driving back with us, and it took some time to find the missing nine people. We didn't get the back again, and it was pretty quiet on the drive home.

The family was up in Tremblant for skiing, so I had the house to myself, which meant the usual half-naked singing and dancing ensued, along with half watching an episode of Sin Cities where the British host was directing a zombie porn flick. Good times. ^^

John had wanted to check out a new bike path, so on Saturday I got up early (well, 10:30) and he helped me take my bike down from cold storage and get it out on the road again (yay!). It was an absolutely marvelous day to be out, and it really felt like the winter was gone - everyone was out, strolling, walking dogs, biking, roller blading - though it had started chilly it really warmed up. We shared his bike lock and stopped for lunch underground somewhere downtown (that Subway also did not have my soup :/), and I was reminded of how crappy a shape I'm in, but at least I don't complain all that much (coughunlikeBeckycough). John cut his hand on a passing branch and I fell twice, which, despite my cumsiness, I don't usually do (yay for dips in a road and John's indescisiveness). We biked to the Stadium/Biodome with the intention of taking the subway back, and though it did take some time to finally find the station. XD For a bit we didn't think we'd end up making it, but then the big tower of the stadium came into view and it was just like holy shit, YAY!

Sam called just before we were heading underground - Anisa, the director of our high school plays, was in desperate need of help to finish the set since they open this coming week. So we were there in a bit over an hour, and I got to see the new gym which was like HOMG WHAT THE FLYING FUCK IS THIS?! since it was not Sparta. Whole new gym, with crazy hallways, stage twice as deep and REAL CHANGING ROOMS. I was part of the group that created the reputation our plays have received, and we didn't get to reap any of these benefits!

But...the old gym was still there. And...

the stage was completely walled up. Where you should see a giant black space is white and blue wall. My...my childhood is gone. The stage where I built so many memories, made so many friends, admired all the older students, laughed and sang and danced...is apparently now just a storage room. The Metarlin where we practiced so hard, learned so much, has been chipped away at and made smaller. Talk about fucking depressing.

The new gym is awesome, though, absolutely. I left before rehearsal began because my sister didn't want me seeing anything (to her knowledge, I did not see the kick-ass costumes, and the set is...my god, wow). That night I showered and finally watched When Harry Met Sally (saw half of it in grade 11, never got to finish and had borred it from my cousin while painting my nails. Really amazing movie (my favourite scene had to be the one where the four of them are on the telephone - amazingly done) though I'm not sure about the shade of pink I used for my nails. I'm not a very pink person, and I realized only too late that we have a very nice red. =P

Sunday I had my interview and we went to the end of Eric's sister's wedding. Finally got an excuse to wear my dress, YAY! Kallos, Geordie and Brian were all very preoccupied with getting smashed, which was rather amusing, and Eric downed ten drinks while being totally fine because he's a fucking ninja. Sam refused to dance even when I went all crazy-ass when Dancing Queen came on cuz Sam's a hoe.
