All sweaty

Woo! Just finished an awesome running (hills/speed) workout. 3.5 miles of win! It felt really good to be running again and not feel like each step was kicking my ass. I had been slacking off at the end of the year, and then with the getting sick...well, it wasn't a good formula for maintaining my fitness level. Basically, I try to measure my levels of fitness by asking this simple question: I feel that I will be able to either kick the shit out of/ outrun the hell away from vampires/zombies/general bad guys: Yes or No?

Time to concentrate on getting back into shape! I'm worried I won't be able to find a good (cheap) place to work out in Orlando (What outdoors? I need air conditioning!) And, of course, tomorrow is Burger Tuesday and then I have a "Potion Class" on Friday... Dammit, you people are not good for my waistline!
