Cautiously Optimistic

Good news! Today they were going to do the CT scan, but then the radiologist asked when he last ate. The reply being constant feed and so they couldn't do the scan because he had to have not ate three hours before the scan. Never fear ultrasound is here! They did an ultrascan of his pancreas and the preliminary report is no lesions or blastomas. This is good news. Now the genetic testing is still out and will be so for 7 to 14 business days. Good thing is our doctor said she personally contacted the lab and they received the sample today, and will see what she can do to encourage them to report back as soon as posible.

More good news is that his numbers have stayed above the good mark all day so everything they are doing is working. I am very glad that our little guy is at Dell now. (Funny every time I talk about the Dell Children's Center I refer to it as Dell, and I can't help but think that we are having waranty work done our kid.) :P
