WE GOT THE PLACE!

FUCK YEAH.

Bleh.  So our lease expires on the 31st of August, even though it was initially signed on the 10th two years ago.  Tomorrow I get to talk to the landlady about that - they either need to refund us 9 days of rent or extend our stay.  If somebody has already decided to move in, I'll take the money and we'll use it to keep a uhaul for the extra days ( Read more... )
