Joints made of glass, especially the ones that attach my rib cage to my spine - honestly, the number of times I question if it's fibro pain or a heart attack is really disturbing. Hands feel like claws, headache, stupidity, fog. WHY. No physical activity. No immediate stress. Obvious emotional stuff going on inside me based on my dreams, but come on, it's not THAT bad.

All day meetings today and tomorrow, with a team dinner tonight at a local hotel. Long days.
