There's like a half inch of snow out there, and the news is nothing but "OMG the roads are wet! Be careful!", and it means that everyone is going to be late to work AND whiny about having to drive in it. I have 2 hours out of my 9 hours there without meetings, and I'm walking into a day of crap because YET AGAIN customer service allowed a problem to continue for TWO DAYS, only choosing last night at dinner time to call me and tell me that there were HUNDREDS of orders with problems related to something on the website (which is actually an issue with PayPal). TWO DAYS. The manager of that department will be running around today arms a'flappin, hair on fire, and stressing everyone out, and I'm very sick of it.
The only thing I could do last night is take that payment option off our website - in the HEIGHT of holiday purchasing - our PRIMARY method of payment - on THE biggest day for us (sorry, mass media, but Cyber Monday is crap, today and tomorrow are the biggest days for us).
I'm really really really annoyed.
