RTBU Update
So I was emailing Nicky twice a day since Sunday night (remember, all times are EST in the U.S. ) and told myself that if I didn't get back to my computer tonight and have an email from her that I was going to refund everyone and tell her that it sucks for her, but no order.
However, she got back to me around 5 am Friday. I know that at least one person wanted her shoes by a certain time. When I thought Nicky was available to take the order Monday-Tuesday, I was pretty sure shoes would get out soon. Now, I want another confirmation from you all saying that you're still sure you want to order. I understand you dropping out, and I can refund you if you decide that. I think pp will let me refund the fee too, but I'm not sure. Worst case scenario is that I can't. :/

i am not gone, just recently i got so busy going to hospital visiting my grandma (she is 100). so i didn't do a good job replying email promtply these days. i am so sorry.
i can process your order as soon as possible for you.
please tell me which item and quantity and i will calculate grand total and send you paypal invoice immediately.

I asked her some more specific questions:
On another note, would you be able to get things like Ling has in her shop that aren't listed in yours for my group to purchase? Things like the clothes she has listed or the purses or especially the other styles of shoes and boots!

And if you were able to get a pair of knee-high boots (like the ones Ling sells), would they fit a 47cm calf?
calf size for most boots is usually 14" (36cm) but since there are shoe lace for adjustments, it may fit up to 40cm.
So, yeah. A little snag, so I can understand some worry. But I assure you that I will handle this with your interests in mind throughout the process. Also, her detailed response makes me feel better about the wait. I do want another confirmation that you want the shoes before I put in the order (since it's late). If I do not have a response by the evening tomorrow, I will put in the order (since I already have payment which is a statement saying 'yes i want to purchase this'). I expect the order to go in in the early morning Sunday. Nicky then says that processing for the shoes is 1-2 weeks and then shipping time (3-5 business days). So, if you needed your shoes for something time-critical in less than 3 weeks, I am not sure that they will be here. (Honestly, I'd order them anyway if it were me because you're going go use them again! =^.^= )
