I walked up to a lookout on the other side of the torrens from the cbd yesterday. Its near a bridge.
You can see the city's skyline in a fantastic aspect.
A cold wind hit me. Chilled me....and it occured to me..
Thats exactly how i felt.
I felt like my eyes were lifeless silver orbs looking out over a lifeless city.
I felt cold. I really felt cold.
As I was sitting there a cat comes along, looks at me, sits on the bench next to me and curls up.
Didnt try and touch it. Normally i would, but i just didnt care.
What is it about animals. Whenever i'm down my cats come and talk to me. They curl up on me.
My mother says she knows when i'm upset, because a) i'm quiet, and b) when she comes in the mornings to wake me up all three cats are curled up on my bed. Hehe.
