I'm talentless right now. I've got so many thoughts and things to do that I don't have time to actually write. Even though that's what I've been trying to do. My job makes me happy, don't get me wrong, but I can't help thinking that the things that the people I ask know are only because they've been told certain things before and not because they actually know them, yet I have very little growth with the company because there is a glass ceiling that has been so shined and polished that you can't even see it.

I'm trying to break sideways... we'll see how that goes. "Lar-gar break, Lar-gar break good. Lar-gar break to death!"
