i totally winged this one and i'm happy to say that it turned out pretty well.

less than 1 cup red kidney beans of the canned variety
couple of squirts of lime juice
a spoonful of olive oil (probably tbsp)
1.5 tbsp of tahini
less than 1 tsp of cumin powder

blended with a hand blender

sea salt (to taste)
