This Yuletide, I matched on a recipient who requested The Nice Guys. If you haven't seen it (and not many people did, alas) the movie stars Ryan Gosling as an alcoholic mess of a private eye, and Russell Crowe as a thug-for-hire he accidentally starts working with. I actually have a complete first draft of my Yuletide story done! It even has a title!

Now I have time to let it sit for a few days before giving it a once over to make sure it doesn't suck.

And I'm hoping I may be able to write a Treat or two this year. Fingers crossed!
