Does anyone else find this disgusting or am I being OCD? Yesterday I headed to KMart to stock up on wake up juice (A.K.A. Monster) and took three cans to the register. I placed my soon to be purchased goods on the back of conveyor belt as there were a couple of other people in front of me, and no room. Then comes this guy behind me, eating something that looks saturated in butter delivered, not moments ago, from a freezer into a fryer and into his hands by the good people at the in-store getto-Little Caesars. He was picking at it to eat it and attempting to delivery strips, of whatever it is he shouldn't be eating, to his 2 year old daughter in the cart exclaiming "It's good!", a scrunched expression of rejection from the face that knows better.
Before I go further a description to set the scene; this guy was your typical KMart shopper (At least the ones I see all the time.) There for the prices, dressed in stained clothes, was larger than that "plump" size and looked like he needed a shower two weeks ago. It's this same guy, without even asking me, that takes it upon himself to lift my three cans of Monster using both grubby, buttery, unsanitary hands, by their tops to make way to perched his jacked on the end of the counter. For a moment I was speechless, shocked at his audacity. I really wanted to say something, I wanted to go back and exchanged the cans. To think that I would be sipping on the same place that those grubby hands had be depressed onto, leaving in there departure a whole host of things I do not want to even want to imagine. I wouldn't want to even have been touched by the guy, let alone something I was going to put to my mouth! When I got to work I washed each thoroughly.
Yuck!
I realizing as I was writing this there is just no way to convey my disgust because I cannot expression a true literal model of this guy.
