Miss Pauling's Personal Private Notes
Hey there Mayfield. Miss Pauling's the Assistant to the Administrator back in her home, and as part of her job, she had to keep herself well-informed of everything under the sun. Every week she'll write her own private, personal notes regarding Mayfield, the events (if any), and the people that she's met and learned about. These notes are SECRET and written in traditional Chinese; most people will not know that she writes them, or even their existence unless she's told you about them. So unless you've got super spy skillz or you have some form of ability that allows you to discover their location and/or contents AND you can understand/read traditional Chinese characters, or Miss Pauling's shared them with you, you will not be able to use any of the information that she's written down here.
Feel free to read them, but as I've mentioned before, unless you have special abilities, or you're a fantastic Spy, or Miss Pauling shared them with you, you can't use the information here.
If you feel that your character HAS the abilities, however, let me know and I'll get back to you ASAP.
