Today was really sad. I went to middle school with Kayla and her twin sister, Rachel. They went to a different high school, so I haven't seen them in a while. Today we found out that Kayla died due to a horseback riding accident. Although Kayla and Rachel didn't go to our school, their older sister did. A lot of people were really upset. I hate how when someone dies, everyone is so much nicer. It just bothers me that it takes a tragedy to make people realize they should probably stop being assholes. Another thing that pissed me off was that people who didn't even know or talk to Rachel or Kayla faked being upset to get out of class or go home. There are two people in particular I am really disappointed in. When these two people found out that Kayla died, they were obviously upset because they knew her and all. But they didn't know her personally and they weren't friends with her. I guess they realized they could probably go home if they acted really upset, so they did. And people who were like best friends with Kayla or her sisters managed to stay in school the whole day. I think it's so awful to take advantage of a situation like this. My first period was silent the whole entire class. No one talked. We just worked. Ms. Brayer put on some music while we worked, even though she told us we didn't have to do the work. Another thing that got me upset happened while I was in math class. This one girl was like "That must have been a slow and painful way to die." And a few people glared and one girl yelled at her, but the horrible thing was, was that some people laughed at that comment. Ugh. And then this one guy was like "She was weird. I think she liked me. She was bisexual, but she told me not to say anything to her sisters. I didn't like her at all." And I was like what the hell.
Aiza left today. No more opinons about napkins at lunch anymore. :0( *sigh*
Well, my mom is making me help her make food for my cousin's birthday party tonight. I'll update later if anything happens.
