I have not particularly liked this day. I woke to the lovely sight of trash strewn all over my yard (for the second day in a row, I might add), courtesy of my neighbors' dogs. sorry you had a horrid day; and I'm glad the docs was close by as well.

I'm still awfully sick here, I went to the docs today too - the flu with a mild case of strep.

Sorry to hear of your cruddy day as well and thank you for the sentiments. I am actually still a little bit sore. It is weird - I still feel all of this tension from the headache in my neck and head. Like I don't really have the migraine anymore, but it is kind of lingering. Like it could come back at any moment..

Anyway, I know these are worn-out remedies which you probably don't need to be told, but try to consume a lot of liquids (always seems to help) and anything you can manage to make yourself eat, though I know it can be difficult to do so with a sore throat.

I hope you feel better soon.

Yes, I have some. My doc gave me a bunch of free samples, so I would not have to pay for a prescription. :)

Better enough to go to a concert last night, so I guess I am better. Still a little tense, but not enough that it is keeping me from doing anything.
