Okay, but, f'real, you've answered your own question. We're BORN with a clean slate, yes, but it's never clean, again. You have to relate and adapt to what goes on it. You have to. Trying to get rid of what's there won't work. Adapting and relating won't make it go away, either, but, if you've adapted and related, it doesn't need to go away.
right, see, i figured out i'll never get it clean.. it's just now i have to figure out what i wrote on there that i'll have to deal with for the rest of my life, because.. i think i must've wrote "kick me. in the face. thanks, here's a soda"
One of the big challenges... and, when I say "challenge", I mean it's something good to achieve AND it's something hard to achieve... is finding the people who aren't going to kick you in the face. The flip side of that coin is... when you find the people you want to keep, they're still likely to kick you in the face, at some point, if only inadvertently. Then, the challenge is getting over it, getting past it, or getting through it.
