Fifth Letter (Video)
*The PM that comes on screen looks mostly the same, but her hood and face mask are down, showing that her mouth is set in a determined and angry line. She's set the PCD up against something in the formerly abandoned post office so she has both hands free, and one of them is clutching a small object that glints gold and seems to shine between her claws.*
I suspect I know what has caused some people here to act so strangely, and I wish they would not have to suffer for things they did not do in their right minds, but it looks as though some of them will have to be restrained, at the very least.
Since my arrival, I have been refusing my new role, but I will no longer do that. I am the Prospitian Monarch, and I know that this is not Exile Town, but I feel that to refuse to aid you would be abandoning my responsibilities regardless. No more.
*She reveals the object in her hand, a golden ring with four faintly glowing white orbs that seem to float above the band rather than being connected to it, and slips it onto her finger. Immediately, she bends forward and a pair of glowing green wings shoot out of her back with a green shockwave. Less than a second after that, a dog-like muzzle extends from her face as fur sprouts from her cheeks and a matching pair of ears grows on top of her head. The arm that doesn't have the ring on it simply vanishes, as if vaporized halfway down her upper arm, and a black scar appears across the eye on the opposite side.
Even more alarmingly, a pure white katana sprouts from her chest, impaling her up to the tsuba. She doesn't seem bothered or surprised by it, though, and the green fades from the wings, leaving them as white as the rest of her. People who payed attention during Touch of the Wild might recognize them as the same wings she had then. That is, if they aren't too busy noticing the neon green and yellow electricity that's sparking in random places over her body.*
I do not wish to hurt anybody, least of all someone who is not acting of their own will, but I will fight to protect the innocent here. Anyone who wishes to harm someone who has done nothing wrong will have to contend with me first.
