The elections for the presidency were this week. It's been a tough week for everyone, Republicans and Democrats alike, but the main thing that all of us need to learn this that everyone is entitled to their own opinion. We all come from different backgrounds with different religions and different point-of-views that shape the way we think, and it is our responsiblity to be tolerable of everyone's opinion even though it challenges our own. That's America, if we all thought the same way then what's the point?
I just spent a half hour typing something that I knew I was going to delete anyway. Anyway...
What a hard week for me. With my parents out of town, it was tres hard to get transportation to my week's many events. So I blew them all off and got some much needed sleep.
