Warm up: Jumping jacks, go. Reverse lunges, go. Side lunges, go. Go get one dumbbell.
Circuit 1: Goblet squats. Drop your dumbbell. Mountain climbers. Pick up your dumbbell. Hip thrusts with weight. Drop your dumbbell, 10 burpees. Another exercise I can’t remember, then jump squats (not squat jacks, like Bear started). Line up on the side of the room. Stiff legged bear crawls across and back and across again. Russkaya kept lobbying for crab walking, but no takers. Then low down bear crawls, back and forth across the room. Back to your place. One legged hopping sideways in a controlled fashion (bears don’t do this exercise either). Switch legs and do again. Run in place. Take a break.
Circuit 2: Goblet squats. Drop your dumbbell. Mountain climbers. Pick up the dumbbell. Hip thrusts with weight. Drop your dumbbell, burpees until he told us to stop. Go to the side of the room. This time, lowdown bear crawls, back and forth. Stand up, pick up your dumbbell, hold in both hands, shoulder height, quick squats. Drop your dumbbell behind you, forward lunges across and back. Pick up dumbbell, more fast squats. Then holding weight head height in one hand, forward lunges across and back. Then more fast squats in place. Then weight in other hand, forward lunges back and forth across the room. Then drop your dumbbell, jump squats across the room and back (think: Easter Bunny practice). Back in place, seal jacks. I pointed out that bears aren’t seals, but he didn’t buy that. More running in place. Take a break.
Chris told us at the start that his goal today was to make one or more of us give up and give out. I volunteered to help him achieve his goal … but he didn’t take me up on it. So, it was pretty intense today. My quads were still barkin’ from Tuesday’s workout, so you can imagine they’re really barkin’ now … in fact, they’re screamin’ barkin’.

I won’t be there tomorrow. Gotta go to a funeral. Helen was wearing Easter egg colors. Russkaya’s husband told her she’s wasting away … No core for me tomorrow. Cardio nearly did me in anyway, so oh well.
