memory

Dahn Hak teaches that memories and habits limit us.

My academic study of memory teaches this in the context of depression. Memories of depressing events are heightened when one is depressed; spokes in a cycle.

As I look forward I see benefit to trusting energy over memory. Moving beyond this false dichotomy I treasure the energy that exists in every meaning of every memory.

Tonight I actively felt myself re-learning the habit of wholeness as I participated in the collective formation of memory.

Relishing now in remembrance, this expansiveness.

Thank you friends. Thank you lover.
