I haven't heard from Kenwood yet, so I called the hotline again and talked to "Dean."  He confirmed that my problem is still in the works at corporate level, but has no idea how long it will take them to get back to me with a response.

I noticed on Monday (03-10-08) that the new stereo would not read and play image files like it was supposed to be able to do.  After troubleshooting a few different methods and having no success, I contacted Kenwood via their website.  Once I was able to adequately explain the problem to the representative, he suggested that I contact one of their ( Read more... )
