August challenge(s)
I'm feeling self-indulgent - here are a few plot bunnies or challenges or, well, basically me begging for more fic I'd love to read. If anything here inspires you to write a fic, let me know and drop a link in the comments or by e-mail so I can come and squee. Take all of August (or longer if you like) because it's my birthday month.
If anyone can think of fic that matches the more specific requests let me know too because I probably haven't found them so haven't read them.
It's fic from the usual suspects of fandoms and pairings that I want. . .
I want to know what happened to Alec between Bag 'Em and Designate This, specifically how he got to Seattle, got rid of the convertible and got into cage fighting.
I really, really want a gen fic with interaction between Alec and Lydecker. Far as I can see, you can either go AU or post the books. Or it could be a fic involving 494.
I want a mission fic involving Weiss and Marshall. Also some Jack, and some Sloane would be adored.
Or Syd/Weiss mission fic. Again, aiming for the funny.
Or a missing scene for Taken I think - Syd and Weiss discussing what they saw on the airplane. Because it struck me at the time as something that they must have talked about, surely.
Jake 2.0 fic - I'd prefer Jake/Diane, gen - action, Warner/DuMont eeevilness, but any fic is obviously a good thing.
And because it's my New!Bright!Shiny! - Chloe/Whitney fic. All I ask is that for the duration of the story, the writer believes it.
