So the other day for my birthday, I wanted to go somewhere that was older then I turned. After some thought we ended up at Bern's. I have been big on history the last few months and all I could do was sit there drinking wine and thinking about everything that went down in that building over the years

I *try* not to judge--the technology generation and all. Less paper. Less space. It just doesn't work. I love books and print media. Doing the crossword on newsprint with coffee, how do you beat that? The smell of an old book or a brand new one? The cover art? Look what happened to the album covers with the advent of discs and mp3/ipod.
