Sadly after the stroke in mid October Geraldine McEwan didn't recover and quietly passed away January 30 of this year. She was 82. Sweet, sweet Geraldine, rest in peace.

I just can't believe she's dead. There are now two beloved, whom I can never think of as "gone". First was Natasha Richardson, who's death as so stupid, that after all theese years I still somehow can't project it a real thing. And now Lauren Bacall ( Read more... )

Elaine Stritch has passed away.
She was a tough broad, but she was fabulous. Every inch of her being was hundred percent true and real, and so was her talent. Fly, Elaine, God is waiting for your very best performance. Shake the heaven!
