Severus had barely spoken when Remus closed his eyes. Sleep was almost instantaneous, and deep, but after a few hours he was torn from sleep by a nightmare, almost falling out of the bed as he struggled to get away from the thing binding him, not realizing in his sleep that it was Severus.
