Dumbledore gave me a rather interesting letter. He's requested that I use my natural talents to find out what's going on in the world outside Hogwarts.

Honestly rather glad to get out of this place. The majority of students here seem so...unpromising. But it's worth it, if only for a few key interests I've had my eye on.

Stopped by the hospital to pick up some potions. Gillichu is down right insolent...and that friend of his, Amaury...rather pesky annoyance.

Was in the library with a rather odd first year....Ethan I believe his name is. I caught my first glimpse of Hannah Salix there as well.
