Hey guys. This is my first entry (in the group).
I've felt a little out of control lately, so I'd like to start out with a goal weight. A goal is usually always a good start.. I'd imagine. So I've been thinking I want to focus on 89 lb. My ultimate goal is 80. I need to lose most of the weight in my thighs. I've been doing alot of stretches and walking recently. Is there anything else I could do? I dont want to focus on a diet, although I may have to. Being short makes losing weight hard, I've heard, and I'm 5'1'. So currently, being 99 pounds (ugh), I've got 10 pounds to lose. I've done it before, and I'll do it again. I think a week-long fast is my first objective.
