(no subject)
sleeping in this morning was so great. i was a little upset to see the beautiful, dry weather when i woke-up. i could have been doing something outside, but i needed the sleep so much. yesterday's weather was also so nice. playing volleyball all morning in the sunny weather...then some nice showers to cool off. and i love it when i get a little pink on my cheeks...since my face doesnt really get tan, it keeps me looking healthy. i unfortunately have my first an lines of the season :(
volleyball tonight was great. we didnt have any extra people so i got to play the full two hours. i love it so much! i think sports and the absence of REAL problems are about the only things i miss from high school. it would be so awesome to be able to play 2-4 hours of volleyball a day...to have the time and energy, wouldnt it be great? it kills me as a coach to not see this love in my players. especially the ones with so much potential, i wish they would use it!
the other day i was driving down the street--windows down, sunroof open and mae blaring. i love their music so much. for one, its great "any mood" music. you can be sad and it will cheer you up, you can be sleepy and it will wake you up, it is great to keep you happy or pumped...etc. plus, it reminds me of the florida beach and summertime. last summer, in boca raton, i laid on the beach everyday, reading harry potter, listening to mae, and it was wonderful. im so ready to go to florida again. it will be so much needed...after this semester and then a 4 credit class in one week. i love it there, and love jonathan and love spending time with him and his family. i just cant wait!!! :)
i also cant wait to get this week over with. my last three finals and this semester will be over!
so now i must sleep. i suppose it works out that it will be chillier and rainy early this week, so the temptation of the beach wont win over school...again.
"boys like you are a dime a dozen"...dont forget that some of you! there are plenty out there to replace you! too bad for you girls, i've got jonathan and hes priceless! :)
