Very nice Jayne voice. I do a lot of Beta work so just ask if you'd ever like me to look at something.

Yay you liked! I've figured out that Jayne's voice is the easiest for me. I could allllllllways use more help beta-ing things. I've always just done it myself or begged spikess to do it. Didja notice any mistakes in this one though?

I hoping to do the next "Firefly Summer Drabble Series" installment in the next week or two. It will be one for the second half of "Serenity (the pilot)" might even stay with Jayne's voice not sure yet.

BTW: I love that icon! Jayne is pretty!

Truthfully - I did not have my beta hat on. When I read for pleasure I just read - I really do read differently when I'm in Beta mode - that being said nothing jumped out at me.

Well generally speaking "nothing jumpin out" means no major issues. I can alway find something wrong when I read my own stuff. It happens everytime I write a fic.

Trust me i still find things I want to change when i reread my stuff. That never goes away.

Nothing jumping out is a good thing. It means your tenses are in sync and the story makes sense and is entertaining. Once you got that, then word choice issues and missing commas are minor annoyances that the average reader won't notice unless they are focused on it - but should still be fixed of course.

Well good to know I'm not just crazy-- well in regards to that anyway o_~ !!!!!

I know I have issues with commas. Punctuations has never been something I got very well.

Speaking of which I just found a missing word in the fic I posted today - fixed it but even a beta does not ensure that all those kinds of mistakes get caught.

My sister and I were just discussing mistakes in fic yesterday.

Like spellcheck not catching a misspelling because it is a word like-- to/too or then/than.....

At least you caught the mistake. If I find one in one of my fics I change it right away. If it's just one of my posts it depends on how busy/tired I am...
