So, I had my meeting. I told my concerns and my coordinator assured me that my job goes from 8-10 and ends the moment I walk out the door. My job will not be to coordinate tutors and strengths of students and tutors. My job will only be to oversee the process and make sure that everytime a student comes they get matched up with a tutor. Thank god. So...this shouldn't be too bad.
