Because that's how I feel today.
My god, this is quite possibly the worst I have felt since...well, 2000, I guess. I feel more run down, achy, stomach crampy, congested, nose hurting, head spinning, can't be drinking enough, I'd eat but it hurts to eat, sick than I have in a very long time. I actually decided to go in today, because at least I'd be making an effort to get to work if I had to leave early.
Scratch the getting to work part...I got about 10 minutes from the apartment when stomach went whoops.
Ick.
Called the boss from a pay phone, nearly weeping between coughing and hacking spurts. I think he got the message that I was sick.
Got back home, cleaned up, and went back to bed.
I've been up and down sporadically today...serious lack of energy, though that too comes and goes.
I'm thinking that it's time for a back down as opposed to a back up.
Urgh...
