Author's Note: I've always wanted to write something for D.Gray-man ever since I read the first nine volumes yet wanted to depict the intensity of the story despite the comical elements. There are spoilers in this drabble, so those of you that haven't read up to

I'll start assuming that it's Tyki Mikk the one having this little momment of reflection.

I'm glad you've chosen him to show us his perspective. I'm terribly fascinated with this dichotomy in which he is caught: thoroughly enjoying himself amongst humans and then taking pleasure in shredding them to pieces with no remorse at all.

And this game of associations with the different shades of blue he finds around him is quite interesting it gives him a new depth beyond the merciless killer.

So, thank you for writting this.

Hey, I'm glad you found your way here!

I think you guessed right. At first, I thought about writing Allen, but that's too generic. Tyki Mikk is an interesting character, you'll probably see more of him on this journal. :) That and more of D.Gray-man in general.

Feel free to drop by once in a while to see if there's a new D.gray fic. :)

PS. BTW, how'd you find this? I noticed we don't seem to have anything in common.. except for D.Gray. ;)

Heh, I'm the regular stalker-like LJ user when I catch the smallest vibe of good fiction. I friended you a couple of months ago (I think) because I came across one of your fanfics and I liked it enough as to keep an eye on your works (I dropped you the standard comment to access your protected entries with my old username ^^).

But well, I was revamping a little the friends list of my new journal (I kind of wanted to start anew and I got a brand new one) and I saw this Tyki Mikk entry and I could *not* not comment on it ^^ (although an Allen one probably would have been enough as well. He may be "generic" but that gentleness of his, his look upon the confict going on in the series, makes him interesting for me ^^)

So, generally speaking we do share our interest in fanfiction and also have in common the liking of some of the series you write about ^^

Ah! xD I see. I was thinking that it was kind of random. I'm glad that you like my writing, sometimes, I read what I wrote a while ago and think, "What was I smoking when I was reading that?!"

Do you want this one to be added or would it be fine to be on your old name (which one were you by the way)? Anyway, Tyki Mikk is a fascinating character, is he not? I like this 'white' side more, more comical... not that the whole story isn't comical to begin with. Hahaha. I want to see Allen 'grow' a little more. I think that he's quite a character though.

I have realized I need someone to remind me to never, never, NEVER, post comments and/or journal entries when I'm seriously lacking sleep because, spelling? Non-existent. Grammar? To commit suicide for.

Will go and hit my head with a spanish-english dictionary now. Meh.
