I know this isn't the first entry I've ever started like that, but it's the only way I have to let out frustration aside from punching a coworker.
Long story short, I was put "in charge" of something I am clearly NOT in charge of, at work. The President of the company keeps having issues with the design I came up with that I was forced to design with no engineering degree by the Salesman who is Head of Sales and thus the head of the department I support, who is the one who told me it's "my project." Except that the President keeps bringing his issues to people NOT EVEN INVOLVED IN THE PROJECT because he is CLUELESS about his company's operations, and NO ONE (for whatever retarded reason) has directed him to myself, let alone the Head Salesman who is actually the 'final say' on "my project" because I don't have financial authority.
MAKE UP YOUR FUCKING MINDS, EVERYONE. Either I'm in charge or I'm not! Either I decide what happens with it, or I don't! If the former, LEAVE ME THE FUCK ALONE WHILE I'M WORKING ON IT. If the latter, LEAVE ME THE FUCK ALONE BECAUSE I'M NOT WORKING ON IT.
As much as I love the opportunities this company provides to me, I cannot handle these stress levels for much longer.
