It is DONE!!
Title signing was this morning.
As of 10:45AM, August 26, 2011, I am now a homeowner.
*giddy out of breath SQUEAL of delight!!!!*
Now the fun part. Meeting with contractors for thousands of dollars of repair work.
Plans:
- Floor is hardwood with carpet over it. Plan to remove carpet and stain/seal floor for hardwood flooring throughout house.
- Two words: POOL TABLE. (Failing that, a pinball machine and a MAME arcade - I WILL HAVE A GAME ROOM)
- Newer furniture, and a surround sound system in the living room with LCD tv. (Eventually).
