It's been forever...
...since I posted here. Just to let everyone know - I haven't forsaken LJ. I just haven't had enough good reasons to post on here nowadays. Everything has been same old, same old.
I'm still in Washington state. I'm still working as a health care computer trainer. I'm still large. I'm still online somewhat (though my only reason for being online anymore is due to a few people dear to my heart), but mostly I spend my evenings playing Dungeons and Dragons online with a group of other folks in a small guild. We joke around, act like old friends even though we've never met. It's serendipitous, really. I'm the jokester of the group. Just like always.
In other news, since I'm basically staying here, I've made the decision to purchase a house. This is my first time buying something so large on my own, and my first real owned property. I found a nice little 3 bedroom/1.5 bath for an outstanding value. Needs a little repair work and some sprucing, but it is in great condition for the price and age.
So, that is the state of the walla. It is good to post again after so long. I do miss all my friends - especially the ones I'd been such strong friends with that I've lost contact with. My Orlando buds, my Arkansas pals... I do think of you all, and I do so fondly.
Will post again as soon as anything happens with the house or anything else of importance occurs.
