I have received yet another letter from Matthew and I have just a little bit of new information to share with everyone. Matt qualified as sharpshooter and is very excited to now have 5 ribbons. Also he found out that he got the job he wanted as an EM (Electricitans Mate) making him an Electrical Operator. He has been doing very well on his test there and so far got a perfect score on all of them, he has one last test and if he gets another perfect score he will get the academic achievement award! Other than that things have been the same for him as far as drilling and training. He warned me that the weather is extremely cold there and to make sure I dress really warm when I come to his graduation. He said it is probably colder than anything we get in Sacramento so I guess that means I better go shopping for a warmer outfit to wear :) Well I hope everyone is having a wonderful week, I know I am. Only 14 more days until his graduation!
