Charley is still on course

So the night didn't change anything so far with Hurricane Charley. I'm heading to work today, not sure how long we'll be there, but I'm reporting in.

They are saying we will have sustained winds of 75 mph or higher later today. Just heard the authorities are asking that everyone be home by 1500, so that all are inside by the brunt of the storm. I guess we'll see what happens.

One of the guys at work was worried that I was going home last night rather than staying for the ride out crew so he could "keep an eye on me" which while, it was nice, ummm ok. I told him he'll see me this morning and so he can check on me then. It's nice to have someone ask, since nobody on my team bothered to, but again I'm not worried so why ask right? Maybe today will be different.
