April Showers, Bring May Flowers... haven't seen many flowers yet...

Ok, it's been like 3 weeks since I've written in this last. No time. School. Soccer. Homework. Boyfriend. Bed. Over and over and over again, day after day.

So what's been going on....

Prom. That was the sweetest night. I got to dress up like a princess and be with Jared all night. Then we hung out with Brock, Katie, Johnson, and Rachel afterwards at my house.

We're having a bit of trouble in soccer. Haven't won since Zeeland, but losing most of our games by either 1 or 2. Our team is dropping like flies. First, it's Allise with a torn ACL. Then Joyce and me in the same day, sprained ankle and possible torn meniscis(me). One of our girls is suspended for a few games. Last night, Rachel, our goalie, dislocated her finger. So we're at a bit of a depression. At least I am. I go in for an MRI tomorrow night on Mother's Day :( to see if anything is torn. If it is, I will be so bummed and most likely cry. It's so hard to sit on the sidelines and watch your team fall and you couldn't help the least bit. The kinda funny, but not, thing is that Jill tore her meniscis too, and I followed right along. We were crutch sisters for a little bit, until I refused mine.

Today was awesome. I woke up really early (8) to go to a car rally for Jared's church. We had to do some crazy things. Build a sand castle in the rain, go to burger king and stand around the american flag holding hands with strangers and sing the National Anthem, and ride the carosel at the mall singing Camp Town Riders at the top of our lungs. We're watching the video when we are at dinner tonight. Hopefully they are hilarious. Off to a banquet after this. So I'm dressed up like I'm going to a dance again. It was pretty fun this time. I got to do my own hair and not get all rushed. Should be a great time.

Tomorrow is Mother's Day. And for the 2nd year in a row, me and my mother get to be in a hospital. Last year I was sick with a kidney infection and spent mother's day weekend there. Tomorrow, MRI. Sorry Mom! I also have a huge project to finish. We had a month and a half to do it, and it's due Monday. With no time this weekend, looks like it's getting crammed in tomorrow afternoon. I tell ya... there is hardly any time for sleep anymore.

I'm disappointed. Less than 3 weeks until the Seniors Graduate. I am honestly going to cry. The seniors are what made my year so awesome. I don't want them to go. Especially Jared. And Brock. Me and Katie will have to weep and moan together. haha.

Water Polo Rocks! Went to one the other night. Watched the JV win in over time 7-6 against Grand Haven. Nice job Kara and Katie. Then watched Varsity slaughter them 9-1. Beautiful job by Kristen and Anna. I was so proud of all of you. I want to go again.

Well, that's about all folks. Hope you enjoyed. It's been a long time. Maybe we'll be a little more recent after this.
