Switchfoot Rocks
The concert was seriously awesome! I was so impressed. I didn't even care that people way taller than me were standing in front of me. I was just excited to be there. When people are singing, there's really nothing to see anyway.
It occurred to us after we walked in the door and got our first M's! (for minor) that we (me and Chelle) left our money in the car. We wanted shirts. In that case, we decided to put on our sweetest faces and voices and "begged" the bouncers to let us go get our money. Didn't work. I thought I might have had him for a minute. But they don't budge. So we tried our sweet stuff again on the guys so we could borrow some money. It worked. So me, Katie, Rachelle, and Jared all got matching shirts. So cute. We wore them to school today. Some people looked at us like ok, they all have the same shirts on?? Yep! Cuz we went to the awesomest concert around.
Went to Easter Dinner with Jared's fam. It was pretty fun. I accidently let out a mean but hilarious comment. This is how I believe it went....
His cousin said something like uh oh, you might need to find a new one....
Jaelene: Well, it took him about 17 years to find one girlfriend, it might take him a long time to find another.
Cousin: Ohhhh!!!!!!!!!! We can keep her!
It was so funny. But I kinda felt bad.
Back to school this morning. Grrr! I was excited to be there until I went to 1st hr and it all dawned on me why I wanted and needed a break in the first place.
Rat Disection. Nasty. Mr. Jordan just reaches his hand in there, grabs all the organs and turns them over. I just about lost it. We have to identify all the organs, the system they are from, and what they do..... by Friday! Oh boy. Plus, if you get the organ wrong, you get the other two wrong as well cuz you have the wrong function and most likely the wrong system it belongs in. Mucho studying this week.
