ok. so, aside from other stuff, in need of advice:
my sister wants the house. i have no want of the house, nor does my mom.
i would really like to think about this ten years from now when the cotton has fallen and the scar is set, but my family being what they are, we have to think about it now
do i sell the house and tell CJ to get off her princess ass and get a job?
or do we try to reach some kind of compromise with her, and maybe do a rent to own?
mind you, we have offered that and she is haggling us (she is such a fucking) and just not stepping up at all.
