I found a Lakeside sponsor!
One of my clients, who doesn't even live near Lakeside but is grandfathered in as a sponsor since she owns rental property in the area.
She hates how exclusive they are there (they keep messing with rules regarding her tenants) and therefore tries to sponsor people every year so that the place gets more and more crowded.
But, since she doesn't actually live in the certificate member area, she doesn't get the random solicitations for sponsorship. That's why she doesn't have anyone yet this year, even though it's mid January and getting close to the deadline.
How glad am I that I drove down Trevilian with her to avoid Bardstown traffic, and we started talking about it?
Now I just need to convince my cheap ass husband that we need to do this. Yes, it's expensive. But it's Lakeside and it's way better than any other pool and it costs what it costs.
