Hello world!

Hello my precious LJ, it's nice to be back! I haven't been checking since I left for Europe... and now I'm back--it's been a week, actually!--with an urge to type in so many things that happened in a span of 3 weeks.

First of all, NO, I did not bring home a sexy European boy. Most of them were either snobby or too horny. Brazilians were making out with the first girl they could grab... Boys were flashing us because our room was directly infront of the boy's bathroom! (And, trust me, it was a nasty sight) But why look for boys that are too horny to function (omigod, is this Mean Girls? hahaha)? So, YEAH, I tried looking for boys in our team but they were all too young (Adrian's this 12 year old Espanyol boy who joined the Philippine team. I swear he'll make you want to be 12!).

We noticed that the Europeans didn't really know how to PARTY. So we showed them what a REAL party was. We'd have our own disco in the room that could be heard from the outside or we'd bring it out in the hallway, or even teach them a thing or two when we got to the "big time" disco. Our music rocked (DJ Drea in the house! :P) and Irish boys, Brazilians (you get the jist) came and danced along! Oi, we made beautiful music yeah!

So many memories... it kinda hurts now. It hurts because I miss being in Europe! I miss being independent! I miss the entire Philippine delegation! I miss playing soccer everyday! And just like the other girls from the team, I miss waking up everyday to see the groggy faces of my team mates, wanting to get a little bit more shut eye. They were no longer team mates but more like sisters.

After the trip, it was back to reality. I took the scheduled UPCAT last Saturday at 12:30. That was 3 days after I got back home, so you could imagine how empty my brain was during (and after lol) the test. And then Wednesday, Thursday, Friday I had my periodical exams.

Whew... I don't care if I didn't do well in my periodical exams. It's the experience of the entire trip that's more important and I loved every day.. every minute of it.
