Well, it's happened. One day after warrantee expires, le computer crashes. Not exactly my cup o' tea. Hopefully, though, this will mean that I'll waste less time on the computer and get more actual work done.
Such as . . . finishing my tweed skirt! I forced myself into finishing by going on an overnight trip and not bringing any other clothes with me. ;) I'm really happy with how it turned out: I used binding on all the seam and hem finishes, so it looks just as smart on the inside as it does on the out (if not more so!). Someone told me today that it looked like something Audrey Hepburn would wear, which is just about the nicest compliment ever . . . This picture isn't terribly good, but it'll have to do until I can get more.
So, item one done from my accountability list! As you can see, I'm pretty happy about that. Take care all!
