“Sora wo miagete ano nani mo nai musuu no kumo ni
kokoro ubawarete…
Suzushii hizashi ni terasaretai no
sukoshi egao ni nareta ki ga shita…”
“Thank you Ryo-kun, because you did leave me a lot of sweet memories… Thank you Ryo-kun… I won’t hate you…” Tatsuya scream, with all of his heart. He keep walking, enjoying the walk, looking to all the sakura’s petals that fall over him, from the sakura trees. “Pretty…” He then looks up to the sky. “Woah~ It’s so beautiful~” And for the nth time at that day, he smile. “Luckily, there was no one that walks here right now… If there’s someone here, they must have thought that I’m crazy…” The smile still didn’t fade from his lips.

“itsuka futari de aruita sakuramichi de
kawaranu omoi to nigiri
shimeta sono te wa…”
Tatsuya keep walking. Still smiling. Until he bumps into someone. “Ittai~~~” he screams. He looked up, looking for the person that bumps into him. “Ryo-kun?!”
“Tat - Tatsuya?!”
They keep walking together.
“Would you please walking with me, while holding my hand?” ask Ryo suddenly.
Tatsuya nod a few times before he giving his right hand to Ryo. The feelings inside him - he don’t know… He really doesn’t know how to describe it - happy, angry, relieved, and much more - the feelings inside him was mixed.
“Long time no see, ne~?” ask Ryo while his hand holding Tatsuya’s.
“Un…” Tatsuya nod. ‘Am I actually did feel happy?’ he ask himself. But he knows, he didn’t have the answer, even it was his own feelings.
“Almost eight years, wasn’t it?” ask Ryo again.
“Un…” Tatsuya nod, again. “Yeah, almost eight years…”
“So, how’s your live have been going all these years?” ask Ryo. At this moment, he and Tatsuya already sited at a bench. His hand still holding Tatsuya’s hand, even they were in sit position.
“As usual, I think? Like other normal person? Normal? Nothing special, I guess…?” answered Tatsuya, not so sure about his own answer.
“Usual? Normal? Nothing special? Like other normal person?” Ryo laugh. “Gomenasai, but… The way you say it… It just makes me feel like laughing. Ne, Tatsuya, your voice was still in low pitch, wasn’t it?”
Tatsuya’s face was blushing. “Un… There’s nothing that I could do with my voice…”
“Because of your voice, some of our classmates actually do doubts that you’re a real guy, do you know that? Your tone of voice was so low, like a girl’s voice…”
“They did? They doubt that I’m a guy?” Tatsuya laugh too.
“So, what did you do now? Working?” ask Ryo. ‘Tatsuya’s smile was so pretty. No wonder those boys do call him as Hime…’
“Me? I’m working at my father’s company… With Yumi nee-chan, if you still remember, my sister. But right now, I’m not living with her anymore, since she’ll get married next month. I… I live in an apartment now…” Tatsuya answer Ryo’s question.
“Alone?”
“Yeah… Alone… Since these few years, my health was in better condition… I didn’t need 24-hours guardian anymore…”
“Owh… “
“And you?” ask Tatsuya.
“Me? Em… I’m working for a company. It wasn’t a big company, and they didn’t really offer me big salary, but I like to work there… All the people there were really nice…”
“Good, then…”
“Tatsuya?”
“Hm? What, Ryo?”
“Is there’s any chance for us to be together again?”
“Huh?”
“Even 1%?”
“…” Tatsuya quickly pull his hand from Ryo.

“itsumo no egao to

nidoto toki wa
modorenai kara…”
“Tatsuya?”
“I’m sorry…” Tatsuya said it slowly.
Nishikido shocked when Tatsuya pull his hand from his. But, deep down inside his heart, somehow he knows that Tatsuya would react like that.
“I’m sorry…” Tatsuya repeat his words again.
“We can’t turn back time, aren’t we?” Ryo let out a sigh, before laughing to close his own feelings. Somehow, he did hope that Tatsuya’s answered would be a yes. Even for one percent of chances.
Tatsuya sit still. “Time really can’t be turned back, Ryo-kun… No one could do it…”
Ryo nod a few times. “I understand that… Ne Tatsuya, can I ask you something?”
Tatsuya look directly to Ryo’s eyes. “Yeah, sure…”
“If at that time, I don’t cheat on you, would you actually be beside me right now?” Ryo’s voice sound shaky. He afraid if Tatsuya’s answer would make himself hurt.
Tatsuya just look at Ryo’s face, before moves his sight to a sakura tree in front of them. Truly, he really can’t understand Ryo. ‘Why he want to ask things like this right now? At this moment? Why?’
“Tatsuya?” Ryo ask after a while. Tatsuya still didn’t give him any reaction.
“I don’t know… I really don’t know. We, talk about possibility right now, right? It might be yes, and it might be no… I really don’t know… I really did have no answer, sorry… I’m sorry…”
“No, it’s okay… Do you mad at me? About all the things that I’ve done to you before?”

kono mune ni chiri kesshite nidoto wa

“Surprisingly, I’m not mad at you… At first, I did feel mad, but not anymore… When I think about it, I feel like I’m a weirdo, but not anymore… We, as human aren’t supposed to stuck at a time, at a memory… We need to live on. If I’m stuck at a memory, what will happen to me? World will still spinning, clock will still ticking… I’m the one that’ll be in loss, wasn’t it? I… I’m sorry if what I say was hurting your feeling, but this is what I feel about this thing…” Tatsuya smile, with all of his heart.
“Wow~ You’re such a positive-minded person…” Ryo smile, too.
“No~” Tatsuya’s face went blush. “I don’t want to spend my time without any sweet memories about my life. Life is short, so life is sweet. But the sweetness of life contains more than just sweet memories. If I’m not loving anyone because I’m afraid to do that, because of my past time, it such a waste, wasn’t it?”
“You sure are a positive person… I bet there’s a lot of ‘plus’ thoughts on your mind…” Ryo laugh on what he had just said.
Tatsuya face was still so red. “Ma~ Ma~ Ma~ You’re teasing me, aren’t you?”
Ryo just keep laughing. He then looks at his watch. “Gomenasai… I need to go now…”
“Okay… Ja ne…”
“But, can I have your cellphone numbers?”
Tatsuya look straight at Ryo’s face.
“We still can be friends, right?” Ryo smile.
Tatsuya nod. He gave his number to Ryo, and so does Ryo. After Ryo had change numbers with Tatsuya, he then run away, chasing time, to do something that unknown to Tatsuya or anyone else.
Tatsuya smile again. “Ma~ This is a nice day, wasn’t it?” he sit still there, enjoying the beautiful view of sakura flowers, slowly fall from the trees.

A/N 2: I’m sorry for the sudden ending, and it didn’t really good… But, all the way, the process for me to finishing this fan-fic was really a fun process for me, since this song really gives me a very strong feeling.
