Nine days 'til my birthday! Austin, here we come!
And six days 'til my pretend birthday! What's a pretend birthday, you ask? No, it's not the same as my half-birthday. And it's not the same as an un-birthday. A pretend birthday is when it's not technically your birthday, but you're celebrating and getting treated like it is. As for why I'm having a pretend birthday...it's not just because I'm spoiled and like to be the center of attention for more than just one day. It's because Aaron, one of my best friends, is in town on leave right now, but he had to leave on the twenty...seventh? I don't remember the exact date, I only remember that it's before my birthday. So we're having a pretend birthday for me before he leaves. Yay for celebrating more than once.
I guess that's it. Oh, except five days 'til Christmas!
