Even if they didn't mean to kill anyone, they still took that risk. And if they understand that...

I don't see the problem. Do we not have a law for that, or something?

In this example, they thought they could handle it.

That is exactly it; there is no law on this subject right now.

It's... even if that's true, a person still got killed. You can't ever be sure about something like that.
