Voting No to Question 2

No one responded to my last post about slots. I did however receive many emails on the subject. The one that convinced me the most is that Delegate Gerron Levi researched the top gambling zip codes in the state of Maryland. The two zips codes that spend the most money on the lottery located in Prince George’s County and Baltimore City both have school districts with the lowest test scores in the state of Maryland. For 16 years just 2 zip codes alone have spend $84 million dollars a year on lottery and yet remain at the bottom in education. Gambling is not a solution for education.

Also, the idea that this is a Constitutional amendment seems wrong. If we're going to legalize and tax gambling, it needs to be done differently than this proposal.
